One of the films that caught my eye right away as the documentary; Pussy Riot: A Punk Prayer.
Having followed bits and pieces of this saga I knew the documentary should be an interesting watch - It did not disappoint.
Pussy Riot is a Russian feminist punk rock protest group based in Moscow. Founded in August 2011, it has a variable membership of approximately 11 women ranging in age from about 20 to 33, who wear brightly colored balaclavas and use only nicknames during interviews.
